Upgrade Assist is useful when you don’t have the skills, capacity, or confidence in-house to upgrade, or properly maintain your IBM middleware software. We will assess your installation and business requirements for your software installation. Based on that assessment we will offer you an annual contract for Responsiv to provide remote support to your technical staff throughout the year, and to perform quarterly patching and a version upgrade per year. You pay for the assessment and receive a discount on the first year’s annual charge if you decide to proceed. Either way you receive a report detailing the installation and its risks, and proposed upgrade schedule.
