Our Management Team
Richard was previously the European CTO and Principal Architect for IBM Systems Middleware at IBM. He has an MBA, a degree in Statistics and Computing, is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered IT Professional, and Fellow of both the Institute of Technology and the British Computer Society.
With experience in consulting, development and project management, Malcolm previously worked with a wide variety of clients at IBM, including Waitrose, Boots, Severn Trent Water and Lloyds Bank. Malcolm has deep IBM integration middleware experience having been instrumental in helping to develop IBM’s middleware products.

Henry Cressey
Chief Operations Officer
Henry was previously the CIO at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service and was responsible for introducing their digital transformation agenda. During his time at the Fire Service Henry was a keen advocate for joint working across public sector bodies both within Cambridgeshire and across the Fire and Emergency Services. Henry also runs his own farm growing combinable crops.

Heather Hathaway
Operations Director
Heather is keen reader, a regular yoga enthusiast and has a love for the outdoors, comedy, theatre and music.

Jon Goldstone
Non-Executive Director
Jon has 25 years of client-side marketing experience, most recently at Unilever, where he was Global Marketing VP for the €3bn Spreads business. Has also worked at Kraft, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo. Jon teaches Brand Management at CASS Business School, and continues to act as an advisor to a number of food and drink start-ups and as a Marketing Academy mentor.
Jon lives close to Reading with Sarah and their four children, and is a keen runner and long-suffering season ticket holder at Wycombe Wanderers FC

Iain Devine
Non-Executive Director
Iain has been involved in IT solutions for over 30 years in both a customer and supplier capacity, starting in 1985 as a programmer with Reuters finishing as a Development manager in its trading room systems division. He then went on to join the London Stock exchange where he was responsible for their next generation limit order systems.
He then joined the industry standards body X/Open where he bought a variety of distributed systems standards to market. Building on that knowledge he became a partner in a consultancy specializing in open systems primarily to the Financial, Health and Communications sectors. In 1996 he joined Transarc, a distributed transaction software company, as a founding employee of its European operation.
IBM acquired Transarc in 1999 and since then he ran various Technical, Services and Sales teams, covering the breadth of IBM’s software portfolio in both the UK and Internationally, most recently as Director of Smarter Commerce in Europe, with a portfolio ranging from Commerce, Order Management and Martech. Latterly Iain was the Chief Commercial Officer for Salmon a specialist Commerce Agency, helping clients deliver world class digital shopping experiences, on its acquisition by Wundermann Iain set up his own consultancy helping B2B SMEs achieve their marketing and sales goals, whilst gaining a MSc in Digital Marketing. He is an investor and advisor to Neurolabs.ai a machine vision startup.
He is married with two children.
