Responsiv Unity modules are pre-integrated to the Unity-Console to simplify monitoring, configuration, and patching. We use SNMP to monitor the satet of all parts of the platform, which allows you to connect into your existing monitoring solution.
Your operators have a single vendor to call for any issues with a Responsiv Unity node; regardless of whether its with the operating system, our software, or your application.
Scales with your business
Responsiv Unity can grow to meet demand one core at a time, or if you prefer a block of users, transactions, or based on a custom agreement. It can extend by adding modules to add functions, for example integration, process automation, case management, API hosting and management, etc.
You may purchase Responsiv Unity in several different formats. If you are happy to host, then subscription allows you to control all aspects of the installation in your own DC or on your preferred cloud.
Platform as a Service
If you prefer, we can provide you a dedicated Platform as a Service (PaaS). You don’t need to find and size hardware or perform an installation. You can elect to control patching and configuration, or you can add Responsiv Unity Extended Support to give us the job of actively monitoring, performing upgrades, patching, and incident support.
Solution as a Service
Finally, you can purchase a specific solution, perhaps a single process, or synchronisation of two systems. We provide the gubbins and build the solution; you pay a subscription and take the benefit.

Responsiv Unity is developed using leading IBM and Opensource software to deliver tried and tested solutions at a price that makes sense.
We develop using a tool-chain and CI pipeline that delivers a tested product into the “Responsiv Asset Distribution System (ADS)”.
You (our customers) can access ADS through the Asset portal on responsiv.co.uk/downloads. We use ADS to manage all documentation, products, patches, extenders, and upgrades.
Responsiv Unity is supported by Responsiv by our UK based staff working remotely or from our Bracknell offices. We use an ITIL based service desk to deliver managed services, developer and operational support, and Responsiv Unity support. responsiv.co.uk/support

Responsiv Unity Modules are delivered as “nodes”
Responsiv Unity modules are delivered as Nodes or Extenders depending on the way they are installed and used. All Responsiv Unity modules, documentation, patches, and extenders are downloaded from responsiv.co.uk/downloads. Your letter of entitlement (LOE) gives you access. The same letter is used to gain access to support at responsiv.co.uk/support.
Each Responsiv Unity node contains a “content module”, which is the bit that gives the node its name (Process, Integration, Rules, API, etc), and a “base module”, which is the important plumbing that looks after the content.
The “Base Node Module” contains an operating system, monitoring agents, deployment support, and other features that you will otherwise be building for yourself or buying extra.
Many of the modules can be extended with snap-in modules that add functionality to an existing module, for example to provide access (remote extenders), or to add use-case patterns to the Integration module, or template processes for a Process module. (See Responsiv Blueprints for ideas)

Responsiv Unity Nodes can be installed onto bare metal servers, bare VMWare containers, or cloud platforms from an ISO file.
Responsiv Unity Message Queue Extender Core is 100% compatible with IBM MQ, can participate with MQ Clusters, and is managed the same way. In addition to the standard IBM functionality this product can be connected to a Responsiv Unity Console for monitoring and management, and may be integrated with third-party monitoring solutions that are capable of using SNMP using the additional entitlement (RA000U7).
A Responsiv Unity Message Queue Extender without the message queue but with the Responsiv Unity Monitoring functionality. This product allows existing IBM MQ installations to attach their queue managers to the Responsiv Unity Console to facilitate oversight of the entire integration estate. It may be integrated with third-party monitoring solutions that are capable of using SNMP using the additional entitlement (RA000U7).
The Responsiv Unity Integration module delivers a fully configured integration capability that is 100% compatible with IBM ACE v11. The module includes SNMP monitoring, patch management, and everything you need, including an operating system.
This product delivers the Responsiv Unity Monitoring functionality for IBM App Connect Enterprise without the IBM software. It allows customers to connect existing IBM software installations into the Responsiv Unity Console; giving oversight of the entire integration estate. It may be integrated with third-party monitoring solutions that are capable of using SNMP using the additional entitlement (RA000U7).
Provides developer support using a mixture of code libraries, code examples, and written instructions to help developers to integrate their applications into the Responsiv Unity monitoring and condition handling framework and other Responsiv Unity specific facilities. Specifically the Responsiv Unity Integration Toolkit provides run-time extensions to the Responsiv Unity Integration Module for use by deployed applications. Only valid when used to support part RA00078 or RA00012.
Software configuration file (MIB files) required by third-party monitoring products to enable them to monitor Responsiv Unity products using SNMP.
This extender is a service offering and materials to support integration of Responsiv Unity into the Office 365 single sign-on environment. It allows users to sign into Office 365 and access process, case, and consoles without further password challenges.
The Responsiv Unity Process Module delivers a fully configured process capability that is 100% compatible with IBM BAW. The module includes SNMP monitoring, patch management, and everything you need, including an operating system. The Responsiv Unity Process Module can be deployed as a development environment or production server.
The Responsiv Unity Process Module as a Service delivers a fully configured process capability that is 100% compatible with IBM BAW. The module includes SNMP monitoring, patch management. The Responsiv Unity Process Module as a Service can be deployed as a development environment or production environment.
Provides developer support using a mixture of code libraries, code examples, and written instructions to help developers to integrate their applications into the Responsiv Unity monitoring and condition handling and other Responsiv Unity specific facilities. Extends the functionality of Responsiv Unity Process Module to include the capability of managing structured and unstructured processes and data as a Case. Only valid when used to support part RA00089 and must match the same number of cores as the deployment instance.
The Responsiv Unity Console Module provides monitoring for Responsiv Unity modules, and allows a platform to be connected to the Responsiv Service Desk for manual or automated raising of incident tickets. The console has a time-series database that stores conditions and metrics from each module (including clients) for future analysis and display. The console provides access to the Responsiv Asset Distribution System to help manage patching and upgrades to the Responsiv Unity software.
The Responsiv Unity Rules Module delivers a fully configured business rules capability that is 100% compatible with IBM ODM rules engine. The module includes SNMP monitoring, patch management, and everything you need, including an operating system.
Responsiv Unity Extended Support builds on Responsiv Unity Support and Subscription and requires an active S&S agreement for all in-scope platforms. It enables the Unity console to create tickets directly into the Responsiv Assist Service Desk, and entitles the user to a patch support, incident support, and access to Application and Developer Assist. Each entitlement provides 100 credits. Each ticket you raise will cost one credit, with complex queries or requests for specific code snippets costing more. If this happens, we will agree with you first before spending your credits. Credits are valid for the duration, and expire at the end of the term.
Responsiv Unity Support and Subscription provides support for the Responsiv Unity product to which it is attached. It is included in all subscription products and for 12 months after a perpetual purchase. It must be purchased separately for perpetual licences to maintain coverage in subsequent years.
Responsiv Unity module incorporating IBM Licence Metric Tool (ILMT) pre-installed and pre-configured. Designed to be installed as part of the Responsiv Unity platform or as a standalone module. Due to the requirements of ILMT, the Module is deployed using RHEL as the base OS and is designed to monitor IBM licences within the client environment.
This is a fixed price consulting service to install and configure Responsiv Unity modules. This service includes the initial download of a Responsiv Unity Console Module and deployment of your first set of modules. It also includes mentoring on configuration and a tour of the available resources for support and development. This is a single engagement limited to 40 hours of remote support.
