Sales Professional

Responsiv is looking for a competent B2B sales professional with a demonstrable track record for creating and closing opportunities.

You are expected to be with customers, working from home and the office, living within reasonable commuting distance of Bracknell.

Prior experience in enterprise software sales for any vendor will be useful but not necessary. Experience with long sales cycles and the need to build deep relationships across an account, and with actively addressing purchasing objections and negotiations is a must.


Salary: TBA

On Track Earnings: £92,000

Uncapped Commission Plan

Benefits include pension and private medical care.


This role currently reports directly to the CEO.

Responsible for all aspects of the sales process and administration.

About the role

A successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team to drive sales, target markets, prospect and win new custom, whilst maintaining and further developing our existing client relationships.

You will receive one to one, in depth training to understand our product range and services offerings. Our team of deeply skilled consultants will work in collaboration with you to qualify the requirements of our varied client base, enabling you to offer the most suitable bespoke solutions.

About you

You have worked in B2B sales for the majority of your career, which has given you:

• A strong understanding of the importance of good sales process;
• Demonstrable negotiation, time management and closing skills;
• Tight administration processes;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;

You have considerable experience and enjoy learning new things, specifically coming to terms with new customer environments and our portfolio.

You are a self-motivated, skilled and conscientious B2B sales professional with a drive to succeed an eye for detail. Your interpersonal skills will help you to develop strong and lasting relationships with both our clients and your colleagues.
You’ll need to be confident in your ability to quickly learn about new products, technologies, and vendors.

  2. We will expect you to work most of the time from our Bracknell offices and to live within a reasonable commute distance.
