For Data Enquiries

Your questions, answered.

We update our documents when necessary (for example, when laws change or when we improve our services). We always aim to make updates clear and accessible.

You can reach us through our contact page, by email, or by phone. We’re here to help and will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Any data that relates to an identifiable or identified individual. GDPR covers a broad spectrum of information that could be used on its own, or in combination with other pieces of information, to identify a person. Personal data extends beyond a person’s name or email address. Some examples include financial information, political opinions, genetic data, biometric data, IP addresses, sexual orientation, and ethnicity.

We take data protection seriously. We comply with UK GDPR and only collect and process information when necessary. More details are available in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Most agreements apply broadly, but some are specific to certain services, like hosting or support. Each document clearly states what it covers so you can check what applies to you.

We have acted on many fronts to adhere to this new regulation, including having a register of systems and processes that work with personal data, streamlining processes to avoid excessive steps, and removing old data. We have also established new relationships and data sharing agreements with partners, and controls to protect our own staff.
