How do you know if you’ll be a good fit?
Our Associate Programme is open to freelance or part-time technical, management and project staff, enabling you to build a career or solo business supporting Responsiv and working with some of the world’s best companies.
The basis of our programme is to support freelancers that want a more consultative experience, and/or more engagement options open to them. You may be a skilled individuals who has retired or had children and would like to re-enter the workforce on a part-time basis.

We want to keep you learning and developing throughout your time as an associate. That is why Responsiv will pay up to 40% towards training courses booked through us.
We offer discounts with all IBM & some VM Ware & Microsoft courses. Increases from 10-40% dependant on how many engagements you have delivered through the scheme.

Recruitment
If you connect us with someone who completes the application process and becomes employed by Responsiv, we will pay a one off introduction fee.
Software and Services
Opportunities identified by you should be notified to us and registered against your name. If we make a sale based on the information you provide and within six months of the notification, then we will pay a finder’s fee. If you significantly contribute to closing the deal, then the fee is increased.
Current Engagement
If you identify opportunities as a part of an engagement with Responsiv that extend your engagement, then we will pay a one-off finder’s fee for the work based on the value.
If you identify additional work that allows Responsiv to extend our presence in an account, then we will pay a finder’s fee based on the number of individuals additional and the value.

Responsiv operate the Associate Programme to build a reservoir of skills and trusted people that can be asked for advice, who have pre-agreed NDA and other details, and who we know can deliver what we ask.
Our customers appreciate a job well done, and we appreciate associates who can teach us new things and share experiences that help us to deliver better. Teams that include associates are often stronger and effective because of the diversity of experience and skills.
To deliver a typical project on time and to budget requires a disciplined approach and access to skills that include project management, technical product expertise, architecture and design, testing, and of course business domain knowledge for process and problem analysis.
Becoming an Associate
There are two ways to become a Responsiv Associate and the choice is yours.
Freelance Associate
As a freelance associate you will have a company (personal or umbrella) and skills in one or more of the technologies and products used by Responsiv. Your experience can range from competent to highly experienced and you will have a right to work in the UK.
Associate Framework Agreement
We will create a framework contract between your company and Responsiv. The framework sets the terms for information sharing and other considerations, but it does not commit you to any work, or set any rates. It does not prevent you working for other companies.
Agreeing the framework allows us to call on you with opportunities for work, and we may also get you involved with projects before they are agreed.
Associate Work Order
If there is an opportunity for work, then we will discuss it with you and if we all agree then an associate work order will be raised for the specific work required. This will determine rates and specific terms and is generally a single page document. When you agree a work order you will need to attach the requested insurance certificates.
IR35 Support
Our contracts are structured to avoid IR35 problems. If you have any questions please contact us.
Part-time Associate
As a part time associate you do not require a company.
You will have skills in one or more of the technologies and products used by Responsiv. Your experience can range from competent to highly experienced and you will have a right to work in the UK.
Part Time Framework Agreement
We will create a framework contract between you and Responsiv. The framework sets the terms for information sharing and other considerations, but it does not commit you to any work, or set any rates. It does not prevent you working for other companies.
Agreeing the framework allows us to call on you with opportunities for work, and we may also get you involved with projects before they are agreed.
Leveraging your IBM Certificates
Please let us know of any certification(s) you hold for areas outside of our main remit. We are happy to look for opportunities for contracts for you in these areas.
Associate Work Order

This will determine rates and specific terms and is generally a single page document. When you agree a work order you will be committed for the term specified.
